Neighborhood Consulting is a Residential Real Estate brokerage. We sell homes.

There are two parts. 1. Design a logo. 2. Design the sign. The name, logo and sign design must work well together.

Overall design should capture the buyer's attention. People should think just from the sign alone that this house for sale is without a doubt a solid house worth consideration.

Attached is the current logo -we want to rework it so it's more "residential friendly" to include a house silhouette into the design. We are looking for a unique and [eye-catching] but classy logo that will help differentiate our brand from competitors.

The logo must be placed on a house shape for sale sign. Would be best on a darker ground with contrast verbiage. 3-4 colors max preferably in neutral tones with 1 pop accent color (color can come from logo design). The sign must include following info:
