I have done a logo we have used until this point (attached) for inspiration.

First off, I am no designer and do not claim to be haha so please take full creative liberty...

---- Background -----

Our service combines traditional evaluation processes with technology that learns from your answers and personalizes questions to you.

---- Tone ----

We are trying to convey a light-hearted, friendly (but still credible) tone, health care/elderly care but rooted in technology.

--- Rules ----

1. Must be simple, look good in web or bi-color printed letterhead etc
2. Must somehow incorporate a compass. Please depict the compass layer separately in your submission if possible.
3. Current colors are #45aeea, white and black, so incorporating them is a big plus
