Feedback do Empregador

“Great designer with excellent communication skills. He started out by submitting a very plain design to our logo design contest, and we sent him back a few suggestions on how he could improve. He took the suggestions, submitted several new designs and 48 hours later, he won! In fact, we liked his submissions so much that we ended the contest four days early and gave him the prize. Super. ”

Hi, everyone. We modified this to a sealed contest, so that new designers can't "piggyback" off the great submissions that you've all already put in. Again: Wonderful start, and I think we're getting closer to a winner. Keep up the good work!

Hello again, designers. Another night of great submissions! We will get back to everyone with individual feedback, but please give us a little time to respond since we have jobs to do in the meantime. It looks like we are going to break into the 4 star area today. Can we get to 5 stars? (If you do, you win!)

A designer asked if we wanted the design to be cartoony or elegant. This is our answer: "Take a look at the 'Reel Farm' logo attached to the design brief. It's playful, but I wouldn't call it 'cartoony.' It's also smart with the way it combines the movie reel and the tractor. As a composition, we think it works great. Accomplish this, and you win." Thanks for your participation everyone!

Hello, designers. Thanks to everyone for the submissions so far. I tried to provide as much individual feedback as possible, but I wanted to give some general input to help guide future submissions. So far, I think jox58 has done the best job capturing the screen printing process with designs #40 and #41. #41, I think, is particularly clever with the way that it represents the screen on a hinge. The reason why these designs are only received 2 stars is that they are not quite as clean and elegant and modern and minimal as we think they could be. The color schemes could also be simplified to highlight the design elements, and conform more to the colors in the design brief.

I also want to give special recognition to #34 by hoch2wo, which cleverly combines a repeated graphic element into a T-shirt. Also: #28 by Ojiek is pretty clever with the pouring ink can, but it would have to executed better to win. So, there's still work to be done and improvements to be made, but I think we're off to a good start. Please feel free to contact us with questions. And remember: Everything you need to win is in the design brief, the attached samples and your brain. Good luck!
