Contest Brief

I need a logo for a consulting agency in the fields of Hospitality and wine.
It needs to be sleek, professional, modern.
Retro letters yet modern. Clean Reading. Catchy. Upscale but not snobby
The image MT1 (estelle) is a good example of what im looking for (witch direction I want the logo to go for).

Darker colours (maybe black or white letters with black outline)
It is aim at professionals and high end private customers.

The logo should read:
Méthode Traditionnelle (name of the company)
Hospitality & Wine services (catch phrase, i like the idea of this line under the 'main logo')

I should have it in High def. Jpeg. Tiff & PNG(none of the file should be locked)

UPDATE: Colours working well Black & Dark Red (Bordeaux Red?) on a white background
Or Black on white background.
Do NOT bother with a sign/logo at the top/side of the "phrases" i've seen it in a couple logos

Sorry but no this contest won't be guaranteed. I will not pay for something I won't use. As I said before take a good look at the logo I gave as example it is sleek, profesional, dynamic and at the same time a little bet retro.
