Contest Brief

Hello, i need a simple clean logo for IT company. Not sure if the logo should be iconic or typographic, your choice. The logo should contain blue color and be in relation with the logo of already existing product (see attachment). But please dont use that logo in the new logo design - its just for inspiration and colors.
There should also be name initials of the company - "UT". Please keep it simple yet with feel of importance and/or dominance.
Company is doing internet, cloud, hosting services and professional consultancy in that area.

there are some samples in attachment we like!!! note: doesn't need to be cloud. it can just represent connection(arrows, vertigos, database, servers etc.)
