I have attached a crude representation of what I want to get across to my clients. We are organized to cradle our clients with a system that consists of a Master Negotiator Broker with ALL THE SUPPORT HE NEEDS TO FULLY SERVE THE CLIENT.
The typical situation in real estate sales companies is that there is a gaggle of untrained, semi-trained, well-trained, expert people getting into the business and failing out of the business (25% annual turnover) who are "practicing" on their clients' most valuable assets, getting experience with on-the-job-training, potentially at the client's expense.
In our company, a 35 year veteran Broker, who is a master negotiator, PERSONALLY handles each client's negotiations and paperwork. I am the broker. I am a former Air Force Office, a former custom home builder, commercial broker, residential broker and residential lender, and I have a BS with Distinction from Cornell University, a MS in Economics, and am a 25-year member of Mensa International.
My point is that we are unlike virtually every other real estate company, because we have NO newbie, untrained licensed personnel. Our clients cannot get what we offer anywhere else.
We are appealing to "Baby Boomers" who ALL lived through our successful competition with Russia by putting a man on the moon, after Russia horrified us with their Sputnik. So, my audience KNOWS "Mission Control" because of our (then) successful space program, and they KNOW that "Mission Control" was the reason we succeeded over & over again. I am trying to capitalize on my clients' knowledge of "Mission Control".
