At a luxurious inn there is a wine bar and fine dining . They use fresh, organic and local ingredients prepared by a chef. "Perfection without pretense."

1. Wine Bar - They are going heavy into craft beers and gastropub style food. They have been calling in Wine Bar/Bistro but we need something catchy, clever and better.They do appetizers, entrees, dessert, and espresso. (Antipasta, seafood crepes.. things like that.)
2. Fine Dining - white truffle scallops and lobster type dishes. A new name is needed here.

If they can be cleverly similar or a play on words that would be great.

- They are in the Adirondack Mountains in NY.
- Playing on the name "Friends Lake" would be good. .... at Friend Lake. Or something.

There are multiple places to eat at the property.There is a dining room with views of the lake, the main dining room with a painted ceiling, and a private wine cellar for up to 14. There are fireplaces and the wine bar is cozy. It is "New-American" food. The wine list is overwhelmingly large and there is a sommelier to help with wine selection. There are pork, seafood, steak, chicken dishes... it is not just seafood. We are off the beaten path an offer a romantic dining experience many folks enjoy that are celebrating an anniversary and things like that.

Oh, also I see you stated some sea food would be the fine dining aspect. Is there a particular cuisine style you'll be using or is it just American Seafood dishes?

Quick questions: Is the location on the lake? Is there any qualities you'd say would set you apart? What are the surroundings of the venue?
