Síntese do concurso

The resort is located in Gangtok, Sikkim , INDIA. Also prefer drawing in Auto CAD format if possible. Inital drawings can be in sketches or 3D. I require help in two parts:
PART 1
Please Refer to file: "frozen elevation" The drawings are complete. There are changes to be made viz. The RCC Slab roof is being replaced by a GCI roof (with steel trusses). I want the guest rooms under the roof to have a feel of a "rooftop cottage" opening to a balcony of greenery. I am open to any ideas. I expect a concept drawing/ sketch/3d idea.

PART 2
No drawings available. A completely new project which is a part of the resort includes the construction of a swimming pool, spa, and gym, and maybe a small area to have a poolside party for a few families. The contour survey is attached. I expect a concept drawing/ sketch/ 3d idea, please keep the land (slope/ gradient) profile in mind. The construction will have to be done in steps. I want a covered heated pool. Infinity pool facing the valley ahead ( the opposite side is a valley/ another hill) with greenery. Pool size as big as possible. No diving. Baby pool. For commercial purposes. Sense of privacy, hidden by trees/ plants. Blend with nature.
Please note the fencing on the side, will want to block it out (as you never know any ugly structure can be built by the neighbor - affecting privacy etc.

I am extending the contest. Apologies was tied up, seeing encouraging drawings and hard work. I request contestants to just concentrate on the swimming pool area. A covered pool yet blending with nature. I am putting up a 3D layout done by Francisco, the pool is in the wrong elevation, and needs to be at the same level as the resort courtyard, as marked in the file attached.

THE HEALTH CLUB WILL CONSIST MOST Probably will be of 3 levels, Swimming pool, Gym and Spa.
Design with a cottage feel with roof.
Swimming pool to be covered however blending with nature.
A concept drawing/ sketch would be great. More the details better.
Check out the pictures of pools that I have chosen. Just a concept.
However no restrictions, please use your creativity and free will!

The area for the Health Club has been outlined with a big "X" inside the area.
Kindly consider the contour lines indicating the land profile.
An old wooden structure within the area will be dismantled.
PLEASE PROVIDE A SKETCH OF YOUR IDEA, ELEVATION, AND PLANS WITH DETAILS WOULD BE GREAT.
