  no offense, but wanting to make one flyer for two different audiences is a big mistake :). companies might consider they are not worth that much to you as consumers to deserve your energy for creating a flyer for them, while students are likely to be confused. anyway, just wanted to add this message as a free recommendation / advice. good luck with finding an effective flyer for what you want.

     Thanks a lot, Firekharma. Thing is, we do have 2 client types (companies, agents, which we serve alike) and our general flyer (later on the website) and so on will have to somehow talk to both. We'll come back here for projects that address only one audience - but right now - we counted on this community's creativity to solve this challenge as a starting point. Thanks though - you brought a good point.

     We like the grey proposal, but don't really feel the colour of the fonts for the upper part. Also, the overall fonts are too serious, could you try to make it more playful? Good luck!

  Trying to get a handle on your design brief. Are you only targeting males ? You have given 4 stars to a design which has zero no "facesplit" so you do not want a "facesplit" you are open to any thing ? You say the size does not matter, are we now making a poster A3 ? A4 ? It matters greatly in the design process.
  Do you not care for your corporate identity ? Blues, oranges ect, or do you not have a formalized corporate colour scheme ?
  Is there no way of getting hold of a CMYK logo so we can isolate the background ?
  Any clarification would help greatly.

     Thanks for your questions, we will try to clarify the brief for you, so you can find bellow our answers:
     - We are targeting both males and females, but keep in mind that we have 2 different publics: students and companies
     - We are open to anything as long as it's creative and eye catchy
     - We will use it for flyers, but it could come in differents formats
     - We do not have a formalised colour scheme. The only colour we want to avoid is orange.
     - For the moment, please use the logo from our website.

     We think that the characters are some available on Google and it doesn't say much about us. We want to communicate fun and succes at the same times, career opportunities, newtowrking and money, but with a fresh approach!

  What is it that made you reject #4 submission? I understand from the images that were not rejected that you are interested in a side by side design and more color. Are the 3-d graphic people not appropriate for the flyer? Are you looking for something more realistic, such as, a real human image? Please clarify.
