This is being posted at 5:30 pm EST on Wednesday. I need it complete by Thursday at 1 pm EST. This is LESS than a 24 hour turnaround. I need an EXCELLENT graphic designer, someone whose good with AI or Photoshop.
$225 EACH Guaranteed to 2 Winners who do 2-4 pics by or before 1 pm EST (the earlier, the better)

I need to have pictures of the front, back and sides of the house that look better then the raw pictures in the link below.

1) Add black trim to the windows
2) Paint the doors black
3) Add a wood fence in the back of the house and side of the house (NOT the side of the house with the garage) . Make it the same color wood as the deck).
4) Add black iron type railing to the porches in the front of the house
5) Add railing to the deck (the same wood type as the existing deck)
6) Paint the garage and all doors black
7) Trim the grass and make it look lush green color.
