The book offers DAILY meditations or reflections on yoga. Please see the attached images for samples of what I like. My website is ErynsYoga.com for inspiration, style indication, and perhaps some brand recognition through COLOURS. I especially like the images of people rolling up their yoga mats.... OR perhaps a journal on top of a yoga mat... something like this.
