Contest Brief

I need the attached "Box to Redesign.png" to be re-designed to be more intuitive and show how many bedrooms, how many baths, and how many the place sleeps much better than the existing design does. It should also show the price clearly.

THIS IS ONLY FOR THE BOX REDESIGN! This is not for a full web page! The box should remain the same dimensions of 268x442.

If I get a design that I like, I'll select it the moment I see it and end the contest early!
*** Many of the designs that have already been submitted look really close to the original. WE'RE WANTING A CLEAN AND FRESH LOOK! ***
I'm fine with NOT having the brief description if it helps to keep the design clean!

This is for a beach website, so the color scheme should be something like the colors found here: http://www.pinterest.com/leslij/beach-color-inspiration/

I have updated the design brief with some additional image examples of property listings from other site designs for inspiration. If it helps to keep the design clean, we're fine with there not being a description in the design... however the other items are still needed. Right now, most of the designs submitted thus far are really too similar to the original. We're looking for something clean and well designed and we want something better looking than the original.
