Contest Brief

I require a logo for the company Reade Communication. The company specialises in:
• Brand innovation and creative positioning
• Naming and brand articulation
• Brand management and environments
• Corporate identity documentation and implementation
• Newsletters and Annual Reports
• Photography and art direction
• Print and publication design
• Tactical elements including advertising, web development, SEO, AdWords campaigns, social media, sponsorship, direct mail.

The company is positioning to service the corporate sector with the aim of growing a long term top-tier client base.

The logo should include a symbol and logotype - but this is not 'locked-in' - a purely logotype approach will also be considered. The colour palette and fonts are not yet determined but should appeal to the corporate sector. The company is seeking to project confidence and experience to a sophisticated audience while also projecting a contemporary and modern personality. There could also be a sense of 'lightness' in the approach that is not too serious.

The company has a collaborative approach to finding the most effective solutions to communications requirements and assists clients focus on the future to plan communications effectively and confidently.

The logo artwork will need to be created in Adobe Illustrator and saved as a .AI file for use with Illustrator CS4.

    Designers, the company name Reade Communication does not need to be used in full. You could use Reade as a logo in isolation. The use of 'Communication' does need not be integrated into the full logo.
