Contest Brief

I need a brand name and a logo for a real estate content/publishing/editorial website. Please note: This is not for a real estate agency. It is a real estate editorial publishing website targeting people who are buying real estate. The site will target only the high-end market and needs to attract high-net-worth individuals, high-end real estate agents, high-end buyers' and sellers' advocates, and luxury property investors. It should be easily interchangeable between residential and commercial markets. The brand name and logo design must have an air of exclusivity but avoid pomp, be clear that we deal in the luxury market but shun tackiness (nothing sparkly or trashy, please).
I have no swatch combinations in mind and am open to recommendations.
