Its simple!

The entry that will catch my fancy has got to be unique and significantly different from the original logo I have attached. Anything too similar will not be acceptable.

Just redesign an existing logo design. The company is essentially a similar concept to LinkedIn, I don't want to say more than that.

Feel free to let your creativity direct your thoughts. I might provide more information if necessary depending on the flow of the contest.

Nothing is forbidden in this contest.

I am seeing all your designs, I have refrained so far from indicating any likes so as not to constrain the creative process going on here. I will indicate after some days though I haven't seen a design significantly different from the Original Logo, infact, 99% of most designs are surprisingly a direct copy of the original logo - I have also refrained from outright rejection of those so as not to discourage others.
