I'm looking for a Revit expert to WOW me with their work! Take my requirements and ideas, and turn it into a workable Revit project that I can use. This project consist of a 2nd floor addition on a bungalow detach house. I have a few more projects like this and will be looking to re-hire whoever wins this competition.

I've attached current floor layout of the bungalow and some sample ideas I have.
Requirements:
+ All the interior/exterior will be re-designed
+ Modern/contemporary look inside/out
+ It's important that the footprint of the house is kept (only foundation exterior walls)
+ 4 bedrooms and 3 washrooms upstairs
+ powder room main floor

Preference will go towards those who can complete building permit drawings and show 3D interior/exterior.

New edit:
+ office and pantry on main floor
+ post at back left corner to create covered back side patio, creating a perfect rectangle upstairs
