Graphic design of a new logo for a small business - locations in Vancouver, Canada & Kona, Hawaii.

The brand should represent:
- the service, rental suites & homes;
- incorporate the personalization of the business
- give consideration to the locations where the service is based

The logo will be applied to both print & web in the form of printed flyers, website and social media.

Preferences: Clean, simplistic, use of white space, colours: blues, greens & grays, more modern & contemporary feel. The words 'rental properties' can be used instead of 'vacation'. Thank you.
