We are looking for a hungry sales manager who can search for new opportunities and manage our existing relationships. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate experience in selling next generation business communications at the C level. Within the Telecom Division at Total Corporate Solutions, we provide international wholesale minutes, telecommunication system and network infrastructure that can easily adapt to their changing and growing industry needs. we offer a unified communication solution that leverages VOIP technology to fuse all aspects of business communication.
As a sales manager you will lead other sales and service professionals to achieve growth in number of customers served, continued sales and profitability of existing account base and development and training of staff to achieve new goals.
buy and sell internationals minutes to voip wholesale companies communicate with clients on skype sending emails filing and organize new contracts and Plan, organize, direct, control and support the client's network infrastructure including telecommunications and cloud based solutions (including capacity planning)
Manage telecommunications infrastructure including voice mail, internet interfaces, cloud services, video conferencing etc.
Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
Manage telecom personnel and contractors to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer IT software, networks and systems.
Create or update high level and detailed network diagrams.
Make recommendations about purchase of technology resources.
Manage and review telecom contracts and licensing.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system.
Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.
At least 2 years of demonstrated success in selling business communications (Comdail, Nortel, Shortel, Avaya, Toshiba, NEC, etc.)
Extensive knowledge of VOIP technology as it relates to business
Must be a self-starter capable of penetrating deep into your territory (Southern California and beyond)
Employ a consultative sales approach while managing your pipeline towards a completed sale
Possess superior organizational skills and the capability to juggle several contacts and technicians throughout various stages of the customer lifecycle.
Experience in canvassing and cold-calling into various types of local businesses highly preferred
College degree preferred
