Contest Brief

I'm looking to outsource the creation of impactful and cool looking illustrations for my many PowerPoint presentations at work. Today I normally make hand drawings on paper or whiteboards of the models/illustrations that I want in my presentations, before I turn them into models and illustrations in PowerPoint. I am really really fanatic with clean looking slides where everything lines up and look professional, but unfortunately I no longer have the time to keep up the level of quality! To save time and to do a better job than I'm currently doing, I'm looking to hire someone who can turn my drawings into slides for me - based on a nice and consistent design theme that I can use in all my presentations moving forward. Once I have found the right designer I plan to request 4-7 jobs pr. month.

To quality for the job please convert one or two of the attached hand drawings (iphone pictures) into a nice illustration in PowerPoint in wide-screen16/9 format. The illustrations must be made in a way where I can easily add text/labels as needed.

The design theme should match the following criteria:
Flat looking - like iOS7 or IFTTT
Clean and simple but impactful
Feel free to use/suggest icons as indicators for milestones, impact reference,
Flat colours on white or black/dark grey background
Font - Open Sans or something similar

Context for the two hand drawings is:

One Way picture: An illustration of the process our company went through to align certain business units. Now/today we have alignment on paper, but we need to agree on a set of milestones to continue turn the alignment into reality over the next 12 months.

Impact Overview picture: An illustration needed to indicate how 3 different projects have impact on the same set of stakeholders in the same period.

  Thank you for the most recent rating- would like feedback on how this can be improved. Also I would be happy to include the custom icons that you feature on those examples but I am not certain how you want these applied. I may elect to do a quick "recreate" of all those items - redrawing the custom icons in PPT- but I do not want to apply too much effort in vain. In either case, more feedback please.

Hi all! So far so good...my preference from a design perspective is heading towards the concept from DiogoX ( #3 & #12 ). However, I'm still looking for something that blows away my mind with a combination of simplicity, impact and coherence. I know it's hard to describe with words so take a look at the attached picture (flat-ui-inspiration-2.jpg) again to get a feel for what I'm after! Cheers folks!
