Trying to be attention grabbing and/or differentiated from the 'normal' property based advertising you see regularly.
These banners will be featured on property related portals but also just in general ad choices campaigns (so generic portals).
One banner campaign will advertise a regular webcast events (ie. time is interchangeable) and are attempting to be very aspirational (ie. Learn how X can help you to achieve the lifestyle and retirement of your dreams). The webcast title and sentence will need to be interchangeable.
The second banner campaign will be around providing free property report's (as a group). Scope will need to be for between 3 and 5 free reports, and each report can be overlaid as a cover page graphic and a line title (if banner dimensions allow). The banner will need to have a tagline/intro line.
For each banner campaign I was looking for the following sizes:
336x280 large rectangle
NOTE: Actual sales/copy on the banners is interchangeable - just want a very high standard of look and feel, as well as the design and graphics to be VERY in fitting with the above mentioned themes/niche/emotions
Bonus Points: Smart usage of Animate to attract the eye and then show multiple free reports (or at least the volume of reports (ie. sometimes there are actually three free reports given away on click of banner).
