Overview:
Need help for 2 simple doodle style drawings.
One with 12 different animals on a red dragon boat with all paddles at 60 degree angle.
One with 12 different animals on a blue dragon boat with all paddles at 130 degree angle.

Requirements:

Drawing Style:
Similar to AnimalsBiking.jpg AnimalReferenceOne.jpg
Keep it Simple

Paddles:
Need to show all paddles at the same angle and same half blade in the water like AnimalsOnDragonBoat.jpg or PaddleSameAngel.jpg
Must not show all paddles at different angle like PaddleOutOfSyn.jpg or 12Paddellers2Rows.jpg

Animals:
Show 12 different animals with different height different weight like AnimalsBiking.jpg
Must not show all 12 the same size like NoSameSizePeopleNoGood.jpg

Boat:
Would be nice to make the head look like dragon-boat-sketch2.png and more alive.
One drawing for red boat. Another drawing for blue boat.
Boat must be flat at a view point like Dragon-Boat-Festival.jpg at the same time need to show all 12 animals on the boat like 12Paddellers2Rows.jpg plus 1 steerer at the back or tail of dragon and 1 drummer in the front or head of dragon.
Show boat in the water in a simple style like ShowBoatOnWaterThisWay.jpg

Creativity:
You are free to draw anything in anyway you want such as animal selections, facial expressions, make them look cute. I expect to see maybe some bigger animal to have more anger and power doing the paddle and maybe some smaller animals is tired but still try to keep up with the same paddle angle so that the animals behind can keep in syn as well. The purpose of this drawing is to demonstrate teamwork while we are all creatures in different sizes. I do want the word "have fun" like AnimalsBiking.jpg to be in the drawing but it's up to you to decide the text location.

Contest Selection:
Please ask questions if you need me to clarify the requirements.
Please post a small thumbnail image in your submission. Do not post original size drawing image files in case subsequent contestants could copy your idea even with their own drawing style.

Final Delivery:
It will be great if you can deliver in vector format such as adobe illustrator so that we don't need to worry about printing.
Photoshop is fine but keep in mind that this needs to print at 24x48 inch or 60 x 120 cm paper.

Payment:
I already committed payment to this contest.
One winner will be selected to received this payment and bonus depends on quality and professionalism.
This is not a guaranteed contest mainly because it will attract spams because every contestant will get a share no matter what they submitted.
I have good ratings that will guaranteed the best winner gets paid.

Please be aware of the weight distribution between the left 6 animals and the right 6 animals. If total weight on the left is 1000lb then the right also needs to be total 1000lb. otherwise the boat will sink. I suggest produce all 12 animals first and then list them like http://www.mariowiki.com/images/3/36/Size_chart.jpg and put a weight on each animal. Then split them into 2 groups and balance the weight on both side. Then put them on the boat. I will add bonus for providing extra drawing like http://www.mariowiki.com/images/3/36/Size_chart.jpg with weight label under each animal.

  I am not sure what is pillar on a boat. But I know this is could be very confusing to someone never paddle a dragon. Ideally I love to have 3 pictures. 60 and 130 degree when paddle enter and out of the water. There is one more when paddle is at perfect 90 degree when the paddler try to move the paddle from the tail back to the head. But that's too confusing so I went with 2. If anyone can come up with all 3 then I can pay out 50% bonus to cover it since this is outside the requirements.

Just want to clarify couple things:
1. Assume boat head on left tail on right, the paddler left hand must hold on to 3/5 down towards the blade. the right hand must hold on to the top of the paddle for every paddler.
2. I see some sketches are putting all 12+2=14 inline from head to tail. That's not dragon boat. Please refer to 12Paddellers2Rows.jpg picture. There are 2 paddler in 1 row.
There are 6 rows. 6+2=8 inline from head to tail. There are 6 on the other side.
It's ok to block some paddler on the other side but at least we can show a few.
3. Body position: When putting the paddle into the water, paddler body will lean forward towards the head of the boat. if paddle is like / then body is like \ form a A shape. When taking the paddle out of the water, paddler body kinda sit straight. if paddle is like \ then body is like |

  Not really, the requirement is 12 different animals on 1 boat. You can have same or different animals on the second boat. Ideally, each animal should be an individual group object or PS folder so that I can do a little resizing, or rotating the animal if needed. I do not want 1 layer for the whole picture.
