Toppers launched a new online ordering system and would like feedback on the updated system in an effort to ensure that the enhancements being made are material as well as to provide real feedback to the franchise system to help sell the benefit of the new system. Of more importance is the UX for online ordering flow (regular menu order, coupon code use, etc.) with a secondary request for feedback on general site navigation.
