I need to do UX Development for an application for taking restaurant orders from customers, the main feature being taking an order in as few steps as possible. For now I'm looking for proposals with very rough sketches of how the app would look like, and what would the flow of taking an order be. Please take into account that you could keep adding items even after the first confirmation of the order, i.e. desserts, coffee, more drinks, etc.
A color palette and icon would be a plus.

Note: this is for order taking at restaurants. To improve the productivity of waiters.
