Go look at the reels on my instagram @lavishphotobooth to understand the style i am looking for. I’m offering $150 CAD to the best submission, and the winner will become my go-to, on-call video editor for ongoing paid work. I run multiple businesses, including a photo booth business and a slush cart business, and I’m expanding, so I regularly need Instagram Reels made on the go. This is why I’m paying $150 for this initial contest — I want someone who will actually care about the job, pay attention to detail, go through all the footage properly, and give the project their best effort. Going forward, the winner will have the opportunity to work with me on future reels, with pay typically ranging from $15 to $50 per reel depending on the project. I do not care what editing software, templates, or tools you use, including CapCut templates, as long as the final result looks high-energy, clean, professional, engaging, and not tacky or weird. For this project, I need a 15 to 30 second Instagram Reel in 9:16 vertical format using footage from an event where I brought my slush cart. I filmed a lot of content of the venue, the people, the bride and groom, and especially my slush cart from many different angles, and I want the final reel to feel fun, lively, premium, and full of life. The video should have a strong hook in the first 2 to 3 seconds, with great music choice, fast pacing, strong transitions, sound effects where appropriate, and an overall scroll-stopping feel. I will be providing a Google Drive link with all the footage,

and there are certain clips that must be used, including bride and groom walkout, bride and groom posing two, bride and groom posing and pouring, people pouring and posing, pouring slush into cup, slush cup to pour, and slush cup to slush cart. If you want to open with slush cup to slush cart as the hook, that would be great, but you can decide what works best. I also want you to go through all the other footage and choose the best additional shots yourself, especially the different angles of the slush cart, because there is a lot of footage there and I want someone who can actually look through it properly and use what works best. The final reel should be approximately 75% slush cart footage and 25% venue or atmosphere footage, so the cart is clearly the main focus, but the venue and event setting still help give the reel context and energy. I’m looking for someone with a strong sense of timing, clip selection, music, pacing, and overall reel style, and someone who can make the final video feel polished and exciting rather than just randomly put together.
