  And i would like to add. You can use a 3 cars garage but you need to make sure that there is at leat 5 meters between the north fence and te garage door in order to have enough space for the car to park while coming from a 5 meters door.

  Hello, Please turn the 3 cars garage into 2 cars garage but deeper that will then take up to 4 cars.
  Try to make the gym bigger and reduce the guest bedroom.
  Can you detached the maid bedroom, laundry from the house
  Separate the maid's kitchen from their room because the cook is going to cook there. Try to air that kitchen
  Delete the ironing room.
  If not enough space available you can just put the gym upstairs
