Contest Brief

I have a multi-page PDF set of house plans that I want transformed into one seamless, 11-foot-wide by 12-foot-high wall mural. Picture something that might have been rescued from a 1920s rail-station basement: deep sepia, dark-walnut undertones, subtle ink bleed and grime, with convincingly burnt edges. The most important element is a heavy aged-paper texture, but I still need every architectural line and notation to remain highly detailed and legible.

Stylistically, aim for a balanced mix of rustic warmth and industrial grit—neither should overpower the other. The final artwork must arrive as either a flattened JPG or PDF at the highest resolution you can manage while staying under 1 GB, ready for large-format printing at full size with no loss of clarity.

Deliverables
• One print-ready file (JPG or PDF) sized 11' × 12' at maximum resolution, ≤ 1 GB
• ALSO a PDF file of the same size
original native file is to be delivered as well upon handover

PDF is of my house plan
image file is a sample of what i want but ai did not keep my plan correct but love the overall look. I AM LOOKING FOR THE EXACT SAME LAYOUT OF THIS BUT WITH THE CORRECT DRAWINGS FROM MY PDF. I am open to minor variations if they look better.

ALSO... add my logo that is on the top right of the title block to the top right of the image

If you’re comfortable marrying detailed technical drawings with authentic vintage textures, I’m ready to move forward as soon as I see a quick proof of concept or sample swatch.
