Hi Manderson,
I am ready to sign the IP Agreement and work for you as per the brief. If Mr. Gaurav will not be able to fulfill your requirements then you can award me as the winner and I will finish off with the project.
Until and unless the IP Agreement is not signed and correct files are not submitted, the contest price money will not get transferred to the winner.

Hey...see below from Freelancer support....either do the work or say you can't so I can have my milestone back....
"Since the freelancer is aware that he has joined with is a contest, he is recommended to complete the handover to get the prize money. Kindly advise your freelancer to start the handover by signing the IP Transfer Agreement. If he does not want to sign the IP Agreement, then advise him to contact us directly to confirm that he wants to revoke the award."
