Greetings! Im looking for a template, an offer in form of a personal letter sent to the customer. (direct marketing via mail)

Our company is in the Web and Graphic design field and we are currently targeting customers, who dont have a website.

The offer must contain:

- why the customer needs a website ( advantages for his business) = a way into making him think he needs it

- an adequate beginning and ending ( dear sir/ madam; for more information, contact us, best regards, etc)

- what we can do for him etc ( leave this section free, details will be inserted afterwards)

- it has to be written professionally, short and very compelling

-NOT TOO LONG OR BORING
