I have attached a file that I need re-written as an editorial to be placed in an industry magazine.
Anything highlighted in 'black' are customer quotes and all need to be used within the editorial.
Anything highlighted in red has been written in other articles previously, so will definitely need to be reworded.
The focus for this article is exceptional customer service, so it will also need to be filled out with that kind of 'speech'. I don't want anything too cliché or flowery. This will be targeting a rural farming industry.
I need a proper intro, body and conclusion, so something that flows nicely.
It needs to be about 400 words in total.

  Accepted file types are PDF or ODT If you cannot make a file in either of these types, I recommend Googling for a "free file converter to PDF" or some-such thing, as there are plenty available.
