I have a list of 100 healthplans in the US who do not have a Medicare Advantage program. I want to write a letter/ email to CEOs of those healthplans that will show them how we can help them implement a Medicare Advantage program that is a 5star plan. How do we get their interest in pursuing that program...how do we get their attention? What do we need to say in the letter or in the attachment that will interest them? Most of these healthplans might be nervous about the risk of undertaking an initiative like this because not everyone who offers these programs are doing well....and it takes many pieces working correctly to pull it off...please see the attached additional information about this project.

It's a bit disappointing and unfair on how the contest winner was awarded. It also appears that the contest ended prematurely. Considering the nature of your contest, a lot of us (I know I was) were spending time researching on additional information to include in our entry. Nevertheless, I hope you found what you were looking for.

Can you give more information about your service and it's benefits? How long would you like the letter to be? Should it be from the point of view of one person (using "I") or from a company (using "we")?

Hello, my friend. I am email marketing certified consultor. So, it's important to know very, very more details of your context in order to get an efective email invitation. You going to need a website that provide so more information; no just an email. Also, you'll need a study, graphs, polls, etc. And many more things.
