Contest Brief

We are real estate company planning to launch corporate free magazine that will be published 4 times a year.
Plan is to cover various real estate topics, for example:
- Top (no,) ways to add value to your property
- Tips: How to prepare your property for buyers' viewing
- Simple steps you can take to help your property sell fast
- Reasons why you cannot sell your home
- tips for choosing right real estate agency
- Pitfall of selling your property on your own

Personal topic ideas are welcome!

Articles needs to be at least 500 words.
Chosen articles will be awarded. We will pay:
- 3 USD for articles 500 - 600 words
- 5 USD for 700 - 800 word

We will do checking if the article is copy-pasted, so please do not send such articles.
Ghostwriting is acceptable.
