THE PROJECT SHALL AS MINIMUM CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTATION:
• 2 to 3 new floor plan solutions with furniture disposition
• Stylistic characteristics explained by example photos and elaborated by text
• Final floor plan with disposition and dimensions of furniture
• Few views or cross-sections of the investor's choice
Cross sections through main furniture
• Conceptual solution of lighting positions
• Conceptual solution of water positions
• Conceptual solution for floors
• Creation of a 3D model by which few photorealistic visualizations (Vray or Lumion) around the room
• Suggestion of equipment/products with example suppliers or manufacturers

  Please feel free to optimize the interior design without moving the walls as they are already built. Create the optimization of space, maximum use of space. what you can do is propose an extension to the balcony behind the bed rooms at least that closed space in the corner can become a storage cabinet. and once done ten you can do the renders

  yes there is a concrete element, however we can still have in in between the wall and base unit of the kitchen, at least partially on that side of the kitchen. We just need to make sure that the elevation of the window is at the right height so that it fits between these kitchen elements.
