    Timeline of Accomplishments as an Information Analyst Role: Information Analyst (Neff Rental 2000-2008) Process Improvements • 2001 – At Neff Rental I Recovered $300K in duplicate payments while working as an inventory accountant. I then created several internal control reports to prevent future overpayments. • 2002 – Created and automated a justification tool for the VP of Fleet to justify equipment purchases into major equipment categories. Eliminating multiple hours of data manipulation. • 2004 & 2005 – Created a tool for the payment approval process through the validation of equipment being purchased into the rental fleet using excel. This improved the approval process efficiency from 10 min. per invoice to 2 min. per invoice cutting thousands of unnecessary labor hours. Estimated cost savings over time was $450k. Implemented & Created Preventive & Detective Internal Controls via Query Reporting & Excel • 2003 & 2004 - At Neff Rental, I identified revenue leakage estimated at over $6M in billing overrides which had previously gone undetected due to lack of system controls. • 2005 & 2006 - At Neff Rental I reduced the unreconciled difference between the inventory master file and general ledger inventory account variance from $500K to less than $10K for $500M in equipment cost using excel and AS/400 queries. • 2007 & 2008 - I identified $2M in revenue not being charged in delivery revenue by introducing an excel add-in. Role: Supply Chain Analyst (Yamaha 2009 – 6 month contract) Data Validation • 2009 At Yamaha Motor Corporation was responsible to increase supply chain efficiency resulting in a sales increase of $100K per month. Role: Inventory Accountant (Agro-Trade – 2013) 2009 - 2020 Role: Inventory Accountant (Agro-Trade – 2013) Inventory approval process for over 5,000 deliveries per week from over 100 vendors automation using excel. Role: Finance Manager/Director (Etername USA – 2015 - 2017) Information Analysis • 2015-2018 at Etername USA as the Director of US Operations, I single handedly grew the customer base by 500% with Saks Fifth Avenue, our main client. I did this through Inventory Analysis. Role: Financial Analyst / Accountant (Rio Management Group – 2017 - 2018) Process Improvement & Implementation • I implemented a tool called Work Order System using Google Docs & Google Sheets & Google Forms technologies. Role: Controller / Accounting Manager (Mandrake, Prime 112, Goldman Properties – 2018 - 2019) Process Improvements & Implementations • In 2019, I successfully opened two new restaurant POS launches Toast POS. I was the Controller and managed the cash, sales reporting, accounting and payroll of 90 employees. • In 2021 I am currently on patenting and copywriting a spreadsheet to control payroll costs together with the CEO of Quiet Thunder a global technology staffing company. menos
