Call Control XML, or Call Control eXtensible Markup Language, is the call control support for dialog systems such as VoiceXML. Examples of advanced applications that have been created, and then deployed for intelligent workplace include applications designed to dial all contact numbers for a customer simultaneously in order to have the best chances of connecting.
