Hi all, In my project I'm creating my own dynamic library for interpolation of digital images in C language. I need a programmer who will implement two interpolation algorithms into my .c file: Total Variation and Gauss algorithm and fix the bicubic function (I wrote it but it doesn't work properly). I have the Total Variation and Gauss algorithms written in matlab. You will need to translate it into C and implement. The image input and output is done using the io_png.h library. Interpolated images are black&white (not necessary to write it for 3 channels). I have created a core of the library, I have created Makefiles also in the project. Candidate must have good knowledge of C programming. I can send you my project in DM.

...specifically look at the use of adversarial loss, which motivates the generator to create photorealistic images, and perceptual loss, which employs a pre-trained deep network to measure the similarity between the generated and ground truth images in terms of perceptual features. To determine the advantages and disadvantages of each approach, I will also contrast model-based approaches (such as bicubic interpolation) with model-free approaches (such as deep learning). The proposed solution is to create a new deep learning model for super-resolution that is capable of recovering fine texture details when upscaling by large factors. In a supervised setting, the model will be trained with multiple loss functions, including mean squared error (MSE) loss, perceptual loss, and a...

...In this work, we would develop an algorithm which can reduce the time of MRI and thus the cost, with minimal compromise on accuracy. Then we would reconstruct a three-dimensional (3D) image of the spine from a sequence of 2D MRI slices along any one axis with reasonable slice gap. In order to preserve the image at the edges properly, then regenerate the 3D image by using a combination of bicubic and bilinear interpolation along the orthogonal axis. From the reconstructed 3D image, then we would use a simple geometric method to slice out any possible location along any axis and get the information in that region. We would then test the algorithm on real data, and find the amount of time by which we can reduce the process of MRI process using the algorithm, with high inter...

I need a photoshop expert that can automatically upscale a set of 5,728 images to a larger image size. i.e. an Image like this; should be upscaled 500%, by using the best resampling method possible in Photoshop ( perhaps Preserve Details 2.0, but certainly not bicubic) Photoshop actions will be required, since there are too many to do manually. Input images will be Jpeg or PNG, in a vareity of sizes, output images need to be in either Jpeg or PNG format.

I got the attached script on my osCommerce website. All it does is taking images and re-sizing them, while applying watermark and caching them to browser and my server. The short script is using the GD library, and since the output of a downsized image is not sharp enough (kind of looks like it is using something similar to bicubic smoother algorithm) I would like to convert it to use ImageMagick instead as it can downsize while using "Bicubic Sharper" method and maintain the sharpness of a reduced-size image. I want to keep the script as close as possible to its original form and certainly to keep all the watermarking & caching and other functionality it currently has. This should be a very simple job for a professional who's experienced with such work,...

I assume ImageMagick will just take whatever you throw at it, though! - When I say fit width, I mean that it should be resized proportionally down to fit inside the bounds of 1600px width and unlimited height. Of course, it should be bicubic, or whatever, the highest possible quality. - When I say an adaptive palette, I just mean whatever looks best. I'm used to using Fireworks and Photoshop to manually (or batch) export these images, and, for example, Fireworks' "Adaptive" colour palette choice always turns out great. I definitely DON'T want to be limited to a predefined 16 or 256 color pale...

You can, however, assume that the bilinear algorithm will only ever be used to scale up, while the bicubic will only ever be used to scale down. Gday, Working on a picture editing software which I got as project at my work to improve productivity... my last task is to code a function with which you can scale a picture stepless. Meaning in our GUI is a slider with which you can select a picture size (in %, smaller or bigger) and then it adjusts to that size. As algorithms I can use either nearest neighbour, bilinear or bicubic. I found already some good stuff on that site: So what do I need? A simple class to which I can pass an image (format bmp) which then is rescaled by using one of the algorithms mentioned above. To avoid misunderstandings: We are NOT allowed to use the java internal functions, the algorithm has to be coded by hand (so no use of “scale normal??

Hi, I need an extremely fast algorithm for resizing pictures which offers highest quality. I heard that for example bicubic algorithm offers this, but maybe there are others..? Can someone tell me what sort of possibilities exist here and provide me with such an algorithm? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including deskt...

    Real-world objects are usually 3D objects. In this laboratory exercise, you will write code to draw 3D objects, and project them to planes so that they can be viewed on display devices. Specifically, you will draw a Bezier surface and a solid generated by a rotational sweep. Bezier surface a. Draw a Bezier bicubic surface with 16 control points (, *i*, *j* = 1, 2, 3, 4) specified below. ),,(*zyxPijPijPijPij*= P11 = (20, 40, 500), P12 = (140, 280, 380), P13 = (80, 160, 140), P14 = (260, 400, -40), P21 = (80, 160, 560), P22 = (200, 220, 440), P23 = (260, 340, 200), P24 = (140, 280, 20), P31 = (260, 40, 500), P32 = (320, 340, 380), P33 = (140, 220, 140), P34 = (440, 220, -40), P41 = (320, 160, 560), P42 = (140, 220, 440), P43 = (260, 100, 200), P44 = (140, 280, 20). ## Deliver...

End product must be a command line image processing tool. I need to be able to select a *portion* of an image, defined by a 4 point polygon and then "warp" or "stetch" or "distort" (or whatever you want to call it) it into a new 4 point polygon. The final image should be smoothed (bicubic for best results). What I'm *NOT* wanting is something that simply implements a shear -- this is not acceptable. If you want some graphical examples in order to make a bid, please request. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or othe...

...simply drawn to the screen a series of gaps gaps will be seen between the tiles. This is because the WIDTH of tiles will vary depending on the latitude. However the HEIGHT of a tile will always remain constant within a map set. The display function must sample the tile widths involved and distort each tile into a trapezoid so that they seamlessly meet at the edges. Coder will use a bicubic resample method to accomplish this. Distortions caused by extreme zoom-outs are acceptable. (4) Map viewer will be designed to work with map tiles of any size (up to 2000 pixels per tile). The buyer will test the coder's work using datasets with other tile sizes. (5) A black background will be used for image areas with no data. (6) Sample map tiles can be found at
