There is no monolithic way of viewing Africa therefore commonalities and distinctions across the continent, both past and present should be noted within the study. The organization of the project should address: 1. Ways that serpents/snakes are historically and presently viewed in socio-cultural lenses across the African continent, with an emphasis on Python.
