I have a Joomla website that runs correctly if .htaccess in root specifies PHP7.1 i.e.: AddHandler application/x-httpd-php71 .php .php5 .php4 .php3 However, if I specify PHP 7.3 in root one component fails with Error 500. As PHP 7.1 is being withdrawn in December by my service provider (Siteground) I need to resolve this issue so the whole site will run PHP 7.3 or later without a fatal error.
