I am in need of someone to supply the coding component for a proof of concept that our company is currently working on. We require an ESP32-WROVER module to output the MIN value of any ibecon device that it detects within range and output this value via the serial interface in wiegand format via GPIO pins as RS485. We need to use the ibeacon MIN value as the card number for access credentials into an access control system. If the proof of concept works, there is a possibility for more works in the future to add additional functionality.

I want to build IBeacon mobile app to detect IBeacon UUID and track mobile location. UUID and location need to be sent to a database hosted in the cloud in regular interval when the location is not sent for a period of time then backend server will push notification to the mobile app to force the user to update location. in addition, the app need to run in the background even when application exit.
