I have a table in Excel. Each row represents a monster. The columns are: monster name, preferred climate (which may include multiple values like arctic and tropical), preferred terrain (which may include multiple values like forest and ocean, level (-5 through 25), and rarity (common, uncommon, rare, unique). I would like to be able to be able to randomly choose a monster based on any combination of climate, terrain, and level. The rarity of a monster affect the chance of it being selected (for example, an uncommon monster would appear less often than a rare, which would appear less often than a unique monster).

Hi, I have been trying to setup a site-to-site IPSec VPN (IKEv2 using PSK) on a VPS (Digital Ocean). I am using StrongSwan on Ubuntu, and I can provide an SSH access to a server with similar setup. I know the other side (which is not in my control) works fine as I have successfully connected to it from a different platform. Once you have demonstrated a successful connection, a documentation of the necessary steps is required so I can apply the changes on the actual server by myself. I have already tried this myself and would like to know what I might have overlooked. Thanks

we have a droplet hosted on digital ocean and using CWP to manage it. two days ago, the storage has gone full and since then, we can't access the droplet-hosted websites or the management terminal. the only thing we can access is the recovery terminal. troubleshooting looks like the server can ping other websites. outside access is not permitted we've tried already restarting all network services, checked DNS and everything seems fine.
