I need a quick fix on android GPSTracker code. Getting a nullpointer while doing checkSelfPermission for access_fine_location. Basically the map is not showing up correctly based on current lat/long.

Create Android application using open source. Application will have functionalities: 1) Create route. 2) Generate route code. (Random number) 3) Add connection to remote server and posting current coordinates route. 4) Close route. All settings in static code. (host name, connection timeout...) We are looking for someone to build us an app that will run offline GPS system that will track and store the post persons positions and then email us the results when they finished there time delivering. it will run like this with our branding and should work in offline mode so as not to cost anything to log the data being stored on the mobile device and uses WIFI to send us the DATA. it will all log noted data that we require and display it in a different colour to show the email recipient it was manually inputted. the emailed format will be able to be opened with any standard format like word pdf or other which can be stored for future reference the link show has a similar ability but we dont want this app to be running on their screens
