I need to be able to drop a voice message into a client's voicemail box without initiating a phone call, and then automatically send a text message to support that voicemail. I use k e a p formerly infusionSoft as my CRM. Open Loop is the product that I am trying to integrate with Keap. Open loop provides the voicemail drop. We are currently using a product called Keap to send emails to our clients using campaigns. These emails are sent at different times and often with delays that last for months. We want to remove the dependency on Keap and bring this functionality in house. We need to develop a workflow that outlines the email process in a way that allows the end user to maintain. In order to do the visual aspect we have decided on DevExpress Diagram tool. You will need to get very familiar with this tool to add custom items into the toolbox that will allow them to be dragged and dropped to create a workflow that will be saved into a SQL Server database. Then a timed Windows Service will need to be created that will send the actual emails out.
