Hi, I am looking for someone to convert PDF scans of floorplans into a Sketchup file. Please see the attached files. - I would like 3 different files for the 3 different floors of the house, just like the Screen Shot PNG images. However, the measurements are not very accurate in those images for the rooms. - The architectural scans () have more accurate measurements. Please use the architectural scans to map out the actual dimensions of the rooms. - For each file, please include doors, windows, pipes/plumbing. I am looking to develop a long-term relationship with a designer who can create high-quality gym layouts and renderings for my customers, across Asia. Preferably I want somebody who has experience in doing gym layouts already. The individual should be competent in 3D interior modelling software such as Revit, Pcon Planner or SketchUp and render gym layouts. I need 3d rendering from sketchup project

The project requires a 3D visualisation of 10-20 final images in 1920x1080 resolution. The scene required will be of an art fair booth, aprox 45m2 (to be confirmed) with 10-20 works, all canvas pieces, although some small sculptures may need to be added (to be confirmed) The turn around time would ideally be 5 days, with the option for 1-4 revisions during the scenes construction for the adjustment of either lighting or placement of certain works.
