Hello, I am running an Owncloud server on WHM CPanel. I restored a backup of the Owncloud installation a few weeks ago. Since then, newly uploaded files do not appear for some users when using the site via web browser. I am able to see that the files are visible in the server. My research led me to believe that I need to run a 'file scan' occ command but I can't get it to work on WHM/CPanel. Is this something you can do and teach me how to do?

I have a server with Owncloud with MariaDB that is having high CPU load during high usage in Centos 7. I haven't been able to improve the performance.
