Hello I have created two similar models for 3D printing but I encountered an issue with the shell being too thin to print. The resulting STL was uneditable. However, I have many OBJ files from various points in it's creation so we can decide where we need to start from to avoid the issues and have better outcomes. The models were created in Zbrush using 3 pre-existing OBJ's and a bit of basic geometry. I can supply the ZBrush files with all the elements in situ to run the required Boolean operations. That in itself takes less than an hour but the results are problematic for 3D printing. I am looking for someone who can finish the models and make them ready to print.

I have a mesh file of a root system (.obj), but when you load the file in solidworks (screenshot attached), the surfaces of the roots are not entirely connected and the surface is not smooth as well. I want to make the surface smooth and fill up the interior of the roots so that the cross sections are solid and ready for 3D printing. The other attached picture shows an example of what I wanna do. The upper part is the loaded mesh file, the lower part is the model ready for printing after making the surface smooth, removing some fine roots and making the cross sections constant (no need for that in my case).
