A empresa trabalha com a plataforma CRM (Sugar) e necessita continuar a desenvolver a plataforma de acordo com as necessidades, quer pontuais, quer de desenvolvimento estratégico. Responsável pela gestão diária e extensão de nosso SugarCRM para que ele seja configurado de forma eficiente, personalizado para responder às nossas necessidades e livre de erros operacionais. Incluindo integrações para gerenciamento de campanhas (incluindo email marketing), sites de marketing, processamento de pedidos, provisionamento de acesso e relatórios.
