I can’t send emails from my domain accounts to Gmail accounts. Something about my DNS settings, I think DKIM and SPF. My domain is hosted with Hostmonster, but website is hosted with Wix. Hostmonster will give me the SPF and DKIM values to input, but when I put it into Wix, the problem still exists. There is a virtual wall between Hostmonster and Wix that prevents either one’s tech support from getting full access, and solving the problem. This has been going on for months, I’ve made 5-6 attempts at this, but I need a pro. This is for my business, and I’m not able to respond to emails from customers that are gmail users. I gotta believe this is a simple fix, it’s just beyond my area of expertise.
