The database needs to be able to accept the information, take the registration info, and provide the registrant with a second page showing exactly what his credit card charges will be and then a thankyou page. there are selection options similar to the link below. I have a registration form where people can sign up for events that was completed by another programmer, unfortunately it was not 100% completed and is slightly buggy anf needs to be fixed asap as it's one week behind deadline and this form is already live and accepting registrations.
