I currnetly have a C#.net console which takes data from a SQL Database and puts it into a datatable, then the program loops through the datatable and row by row inserts the data into Salesforce. I would like to take advantage of the bulk API in Salesforce to upload 200 rows at a time, so need someone to build this part, so i can pass the datatable and it uploads to Salesforce in bulk.

Consultants provided a lead trigger that uses a custom Lead Assignments object to assign ownership based on things like Program, Segment, and State. The trigger works fine in Salesforce but we use Marketo which will sync via the bulk api standard limit of 200 and the trigger will fail because of the SOQL call to find all of the custom lead assignments for each lead. I can't figure out how to make the SOQL call once and have each lead lookup the collection of Lead Assignments in memory instead of making the SOQL call once for each lead.

I developed a wordpress plugin a while ago to connect to and update salesforce when a gravityforms form is submitted. However, it's using a SOAP version that won't be supported after May.
