I had installed and setup a fresh vicidial call center. But it gives some issues and does not work as expected. Server is in my office. Everything is already installed, need to find issues and solve them. I had installed it on my VPS successfully, but when I try to install it on my server at office it gives there issues. I have a SIP trunk directly linked to the server via ethernet. I'm also a developer but this is the first time I worked on asterisk, vicidial etc. I need a more experienced developer to take over and configure it correctly. It must be done within 2 days, please don't apply if you think it is not possible for you. I'll provide more details to selected person. Setup remote extensions on Elastix pbx system with billion router and zoipim softphones
We currently have a FreePBX system, but this isn't working well (we suspect hacked). We are looking to set up a new system (FreePBX, or similar) which will allow our overseas staff make calls (we currently need 3 extensions). This to be very secure as another previous system had been hacked. We are ready to start immediately. We are using virtual vCentre servers.

When we receive a phone call on our Asterisk/Elastix server i want to route it automatically to the user to which the contact is assigned to in Vtiger. So when we receive a call in asterisk this should check of the number is connected to a contact in vtiger. When it is asterisk should check if the extension for this user is online and transfer call to him.

I have Elastix installed and configured on a VPS where all calls need to be recorded. However, I need users to be able to mute or pause call recording when taking credit card details. It will need to work for both incoming and outgoing calls. I believe the best way to achieve this would be to use the MixMonitorMute AMI. I have tried to configure this, however my limited knowledge of php and asterisk means I have been unsuccessful. I could be wrong, but I think what I have done may just need a few adjustments in order to get it to work.

I want it to be reliable, Highly available and a fail over option. i currently use elastix or free pbx, i like both versions but its not our own i need something with our logos and that we are able to create portals to our customers for access to their private information. i want it secure and reliable!

Experiencing some slow down and hard to hear call on every call at regular frequency. It happens at every 2 to 3 minutes and last for 10 seconds approx. Base on an elastix server and voip phone line over cellular internet at 4G. Server is running since 1 year but problem occur since 6 weeks.
