I am looking for a reliable and experianced webdeisgner (ASP, HTML, SQL, Database) for maintenance and expansion of websites. The first task would be to change the color of the menu and to implement a search field and to play a sound. Details see attachment change color schema of the menu from dark blue to soft red (not an aggresive one, should be soft and good readable. Other color suggestions also welcome) Add an entry field on a screen in which the user can enter a word. The text result has to be displayed below. (The source data is an access database containing one table with article and a noun language 1 and Language 2. Also display of an icon sound if sound available.

Hi, a non profit org is starting to build a new Christian Apologetics website. This will be a free site and it is non profit, so our budget is limited.
